There is a selection of teas, coffee & water available to you at reception. Fresh scented flowers are stylishly arranged every week, by our local florist.
Your first visit with us will include one on one discussion time with the clinician.
Following this our unique 21 point (Comprehensive) evaluation of your mouth is carried out. This involves: taking photographs of your mouth, if required special moulds of your teeth, any necessary digital X-rays, along with other details & measurements. Sometimes further special tests (such as a CT scan) are required and you will be informed accordingly.

When we are done you will fully understand your options and, if you choose us and our recommended course of action, you will receive world class work at fair prices. We build smiles for a lifetime, not for a few years. Frankly it just makes good economic sense.

Sheideh graduated from the University of Leeds in 2011 and returned to her hometown of Richmond shortly after. Her gentle, caring approach puts patients at ease, helping even those who have avoided treatment regain confidence and achieve their dental goals.
Dedicated to professional growth, Sheideh regularly attends postgraduate training, focusing on Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry as well as Invisalign. She is completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative Dentistry and plans to begin a Diploma in Clear Aligners.
With a passion for creating beautiful, natural smiles using the latest adhesive dentistry techniques, Sheideh combines artistry with minimal tooth preparation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter, travelling, baking, and exploring Richmond Park on long walks.
Sheideh is also great with children, aiming to make their experience as pleasant as possible.She has continued to enhance her skills by regularly attending postgraduate training courses, focusing particularly on areas of Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry as well as Invisalign. She has attended numerous year-long training courses and is soon completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative Dentistry whilst also planning to begin a Diploma in Clear Aligners. Dr. Payvand Menhadji, BDS, MFDS RCS (Eng), is undergoing advanced training in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at the prestigious Guy’s Hospital, London Bridge. Devoting three days a week to managing complex periodontal cases—both surgically and non-surgically—referred by dentists across London, Dr. Menhadji is expected to complete her specialization in 2025 and gain admission to the GDC Specialist Register for Periodontics.
An active contributor to periodontal research, Dr. Menhadji has been published in esteemed peer-reviewed journals and has presented her findings at national and international conferences. Her research focuses on Minimally Invasive Surgical and Non-Surgical Therapy (MIST and MINST), as well as Peri-Implantitis. She was also invited to contribute to the EFP S3 Level Clinical Practice Guideline for the Prevention and Treatment of Peri-Implant Diseases for the BSP.
Dr. Menhadji holds leadership roles within the field, serving as Secretary for ADI Next Gen, Mono-Specialty Representative for the BSP Early Careers Group, and an active board member of both the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) and the British Society of Periodontology (BSP).
Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Menhadji enjoys exploring London’s culinary scene, staying active through running and gym workouts, and pursuing her passion for DJing.

With a strong academic background, including a Master’s in Clinical Endodontology from King’s College London, which he passed with Distinction, Kazim combines clinical excellence with a genuine passion for helping patients feel at ease.
He has also achieved Membership in Endodontics from both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh, placing him among the most highly qualified specialists in the field. Kazim is experienced in managing a wide range of cases, from routine root canal treatments to retreatments, trauma, and pain diagnosis. His precision and care are supported by state-of-the-art technology, including a high-powered Zeiss microscope and 3D CBCT imaging, allowing for exceptional accuracy and outcomes.
At the heart of Kazim’s work is his commitment to creating a supportive, judgement-free space for patients and colleagues alike. He welcomes referrals for all endodontic cases (no matter how routine or complex) and is always happy to offer guidance to clinicians looking for advice on treatment planning.

As both a Dental Hygienist and Therapist, she provides a wide range of treatments, including professional cleaning, fillings, X-rays, children’s extractions, and more.

Munir qualified from The Royal London Hospital in 2002. He completed training as a Senior House Officer in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is currently a Trust Dentist and Clinical Lecturer in Conscious Sedation at The Royal London Hospital and the Eastman. In addition to his formal training, Munir has been trained in acupuncture for the head and neck region and obtained a Medical Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
