There is a selection of teas, coffee & water available to you at reception. Fresh scented flowers are stylishly arranged every week, by our local florist.
Your first visit with us will include one on one discussion time with the clinician.
Following this our unique 21 point (Comprehensive) evaluation of your mouth is carried out. This involves: taking photographs of your mouth, if required special moulds of your teeth, any necessary digital X-rays, along with other details & measurements. Sometimes further special tests (such as a CT scan) are required and you will be informed accordingly.

When we are done you will fully understand your options and, if you choose us and our recommended course of action, you will receive world class work at fair prices. We build smiles for a lifetime, not for a few years. Frankly it just makes good economic sense.

Jaz is a general dentist with a special interest in occlusion, clear aligner orthodontics and the management of jaw pain (TMD) and tooth wear. He graduated with honours from the University of Sheffield in 2013 and has since completed extensive postgraduate training in advanced restorative dentistry and digital bite analysis.
Patients value his calm chair-side manner and evidence-based approach to saving teeth and enhancing smiles. Outside the surgery, Jaz hosts the Protrusive Dental Podcast, lectures internationally, and enjoys family life with his wife and two young boys. He's also a huge Cricket fan!

Dr Payvand Menhadji is a Specialist Periodontist and Implant Surgeon practising across London, managing complex periodontal and peri-implant cases referred from across the capital and beyond. Her philosophy is straightforward: preserve nature, respect biology. She aims to regenerate the supporting gum and bone tissues around teeth wherever possible, and when that is not feasible, she draws on her implant training to restore what has been lost; always with an uncompromising respect for biology, function, and aesthetics.
Dr Menhadji's clinical expertise spans the full breadth of specialist periodontics: mucogingival surgery including all forms of gum grafting around both teeth and implants, aesthetic and functional crown lengthening, non-surgical therapy, regenerative and resective periodontal surgery, implant placement, and hard and soft tissue augmentation. She is particularly sought after for her work in soft tissue management, where precision, planning, and biological sensitivity are paramount.

In addition to his formal training, Munir has been trained in acupuncture for the head and neck region and obtained a Medical Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Passionate about prevention-focused care and creating beautiful smiles, Laura has developed a particular interest in composite bonding, helping patients achieve natural, stunning results. As both a Dental Hygienist and Therapist, she provides a wide range of treatments, including professional cleaning, fillings, X-rays, children’s extractions, and more.
Outside of dentistry, Laura loves spending time with her husband and their young son, Rory. Whether she’s perfecting smiles or enjoying family moments, Laura brings warmth and dedication to everything she does.

She regularly attends postgraduate courses to stay updated on the latest innovations in dental hygiene, ensuring her patients benefit from cutting-edge care.
As a dental hygienist, Alice plays an essential role in our team, helping to lay the foundations for good oral health. Her work is integral to providing comprehensive care for our patients, focusing on prevention and long-term oral wellness.
Alice’s dedication extends beyond the clinic. She has participated in charity dental work in Thailand, providing care for children through the Rescue Mission for Children in 2012. She has also actively supported organisations such as Smile Train and CLAPA, raising awareness and funds through school talks and charity events in 2017.

For me, being a hygienist is about so much more than just cleaning teeth. I want every patient to feel comfortable, listened to and genuinely cared for. I love getting to know my patients, understanding what matters to them and helping them feel more confident about looking after their oral health. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing someone leave feeling happy, reassured and motivated to continue taking care of their smile.
I always aim to make every appointment a positive experience, whether a patient is coming in for their regular hygiene visit, needs a little extra support with their oral health, or simply wants to feel that they are in safe hands.
Outside of work, I like to keep fit and active. I enjoy weightlifting and Pilates and, more recently, I’ve taken up running — something I never expected to enjoy quite as much as I do! I love the challenge and the variety it brings.
Family time is also very important to me. We enjoy exploring new restaurants and bakeries together, and I particularly love baking with my daughter.
Fun fact: I’m a relatively new runner and have genuinely surprised myself by how much I enjoy it! It’s very different from weightlifting, but I’m loving the challenge.
